Thats false I called Katherine Terry she convfirmed that that contract which is the $24mill is going well and the company is doing well on it.

No reason to post bogus info to influence price.

All questions should be directed here

I don't think that the federal auditors are part of the share selling scheme. The US Government has not confirmed this contract anywhere and there is no reason to assume that there is a contract besides prnewswire.

That being said it is technically possible that there is indeed a contract somewhere hidden. Still wouldn't prove that the deal will work out. We won't know until it is all said and done. Do you know the terms of this 24.4 million dollar contract? Obviously, they are being given 24.4 million to do a job. As to how much of this they will have to spend and what the final profit/loss is, we don't know.

It is possible that the contract was signed, but that they won't get a single cent unless they check in and show that they have been doing work. They will get paid as they go. I'm not saying that there is any truth to the contract, just that even if there is a contract it would not rule out the possibility that TMPS is a pump and dump.

Could you explain in what way did Tempus default? I ask this because what you said is not unfounded. There could be a contract that they violated. It is possible that they planned to violate the contract if the contract is just for pumping purposes.

Just so you know, prime and sub are what I have been looking at. I'm looking at this site:

https://www.usaspending.gov/Transparency/Pages/StateContracts.aspx?statecode=VA&fiscalyear=2016

There is no Tempus listed anywhere. Prime contracts go down to about 6 million and sub contracts go down to about 400,000.

The contracts that they do list with other companies need privacy and confidentiality so bad that I can't see how much more secretive the Tempus alleged contracts could get.
