And I have already covered the possibility it is an LOC that will never be used. Since it does include language that the funding availability will be "in Carebourn's discretion"...it is possible it is simply a well worn penny trick of getting a toxic funder to show an apparent "commitment" that is never really used...other than to pump the stock.
It looks like Cellucci sent this perhaps in the hopes or expectation it would be posted so it might create some excitement.
...if that's the case, it kinda backfired...on a few levels.
