Isn't it just a dribble if the ticker changes in August?

Here's why I think next week:

The CUSIP# and name had changed many weeks ago and is long overdue.
Some guy from the Regulatory Dept was flown in for the Jinbo Meeting and signing...is that normal???
The translation of the employee stock certificate plainly states;
The ticker is JBMY
Employees can purchase until 7/17 before the IPO.
Oh, don't forget the BIG ROLLOUT of New Cars on 7/17, including a SUV that goes up to 600 KM on a single charge.

As far as RO, if this was the plan the whole time, he was obligated to his company not to disclose the ticker date.
