Your question doesn't make much sense. The Chinese patent has been in place for over two years so it's obviously been paid. The EU is new and may not yet be paid for. A grantee has three months to pay EU registrations and six months to pay Hong Kong registration. If a sale doesn't happen before registration then Nanologix would have to pay the fees to keep them active while pursuing buyers. As long as fees are paid patents are maintained.
