The thing is He retired from prize fighting to avoid the suspension/fine I believe. If he comes back he has to serve that suspension. They do need to take the belt off of Brock. I like the rumor that Joe takes it until like Rumble and drops it to Brock. Brock Reigns at Mania were Roman goes over. Another Roman title run is coming. They really need to turn him heel. He would get so much heat but the kids and ladies like him so they treat him like Cena. Cena heel run would be great too but i personally like the heels more anyway so I could be biased imo
