A simple four to one was also my concern. They authorized it back when the shares are at .25 which would put it at close to a dollar which would make since if they're hoping to re-list on NASDAQ. The question which I'm losing faith in is why such the dramatic loss on the reverse split. I know many here have thought the company has been getting rid of debt and doing better but this begs the question as to if it was a little too little too late.
