I spoke with the trading desk at E*TRADE and they can sell my shares no problem there are buyers and some north of your purchase price but less then mine. Let's just hope EPTI gets this cleaned up, or they will lose lots of interest. But the action in the buy side today tells me good stuff even if it is shorts, but the bulls look to be bucking some bears. Let's go bulls let's go.

Yeah, I agree, this is trading better than I expected for now, in fact it's actually more liquid than many of the OTCQB's I follow, we'll see if it holds up over the next few days.

I was still able to put a bid in today through TDA as well, which was a surprise, I figured they would be blocking it as TDA is usually pretty restrictive.

Obviously the situation is not ideal but it's about as good as you can hope for from Grey market trading I suppose.
