Exactly! It doesn't pass the smaell test. But that doesn't mean I dislike what it might bring about. If the BOD had been operating better and more cheaply or offering to work for free until things could start moving forward I would really be suspect of the bavi strategy and say hell no to this approach but it is hard to let ths BOD off the hook

I do not want all development halted and I do not want IP given away into the waiting arms of the BPs waiting to steal it.
