DECN - sounds pretty scammy to me. Why PR this at all if the details can't be disclosed? Seems to fly in the face of the offer being "confidential".

Just the right kind of PR to increase volume and price and then ultimately the board will "reject" the offer because they viewed it as contrary to the long term value of the company or something like that.
