I agree. I mean more than if they do not have business experience it is good cause to fire them.Shareholders can not take people without efective experience...
Not having bad intentions is enough to think of someone who is naive.The naive in business are not worth.
The naive is dangerous in business because it involves money from others and they can earn money.
But not making money at the expense of others.
You can not ask for responsability when you are naive in the business world
