Do you think that there is any chance that Novartis will just buy the company?

It will all depend on the motivation of CNAT management and what their personal goals are.

I a sure that once certain milestones have been reach an offer will be given by Novartis. Whether or not CNAT management will want to sell out or try to build a major pharmaceutical company of their own is yet to be determined.

An indication will be how aggressively CNAT tries to expand their pipeline. JMHO
