They faxed the petition on April 5th.

Actually the first petition appears to have been faxed on March 8th, then a second time on April 5th.

ArrestEd did file it electronically - TWICE - once in March and again in April. It's in the transaction history - and shows the petitions were filed with ArrestEd's electronic signature.

And here we are 3-4 months later and the petition was NOT granted and the patent is EXPIRED.

It's all available on Public PAIR on the USPTO website. Look it up. It's public record and FREE.

The USPTO even has customer reps who will take your phone calls for FREE if one can't navigate the uber-simple USPTO website.
