#72 RE: Renee #71

The idea of a publicly owned food truck company struck me as hilarious when I discovered the overpriced stock a few years ago. But remarkably, GRLD has traded heavily almost every day. Volume seemed totally phony to me given the firm's obscurity and diaphanous prospects. I thought the shares might be used in some way for money laundering.

General Clark was paid well. He was supposed to help hawk the truck franchises to military vets. He should be ashamed of his involvement here. IMO. working in a food truck is akin to slave labor. Around me, many have closed down especially as better jobs have become available.

One problem in researching "The Grilled Cheese Truck Inc" is that unrelated grilled cheese trucks exist in many cities.

"his name will be forever besmirched"

You might be surprised...his name appears to be somewhat immune to besmirching. I first became aware of his penny stock inclinations when he was involved with a Rodman and Renshaw PIPE in a notably unsuccessful rice bran company. He was appointed a Directorship in the company, which was a penny company then (6-8 years ago?) and still sells in the same range. I'm not sure if he was Chairman at R&R before or after that transaction.
Things like this aren't hard to find:

Saw his unbesmirched puss on the news just a few days ago guiding us through the international morass. One would never know he had a dark side from looking at him...the news guys seem to find him camera friendly and I get the sense that that's their priority.

ps. Thanks for distributing this news to the individual boards.
