James, I've got to think that since he was hired less than three months ago, he was hired as part of the plan for O'Connor to step down. The same thing happened with O'Connor's hiring back in 2013. As I recall, O'Connor was first brought on as a consultant at ADXS, then sometime in the first half of 2013, he was appointed General Counsel while Moore was still CEO, then in July/August 2013 O'Connor was appointed CEO when Moore resigned. Thoughts?
