If you break it down Lombardo would have to be the new permanent CEO, IMO. He's been here 3 months and garnered 200k shares which 125k have vested already. His initial title/job was a Bulls$%& Title - CBO. I would like to believe Dan was on his way out long before Lombardo's hire.
