I have no problem with Lombardi getting 90k shares. I want a CEO to have skin in the game, even if he is a temporary CEO. That is not alot of money in today's corporate America.
If he can sell the company for at least $20 in the next year, I'm ok with the share grant for his new position. Now if he follows in the footsteps of O'Connor and prioritizes ongoing self-enrichment on the backs of investor losses, we have a problem.
