LOL...no, i'm not. Go do some reading and learn how a reverse merger works and get back to me. I have been through many of these. Other experienced posters here will tell you the same. Like I stated, I do believe that Garett Parsons is going to be involved with RAD in some capacity (hence why this states the combined teams of RAD and OMVS) however, OMVS will cease to exist. RAD is the new company. The one we will own shares in once the merger closes. Not that difficult.
