Unfortunately, NEWC is a scam in my opinion. The CEO has been involved with several companies involved with stock manipulation. When doing your DD check out the former CEO, his name is Kyle Gotshalk he was caught by the FBI in a stock manipulation scam as well as the best of my knowledge the SEC has pending litigation against him. We also know that the Auditors of NEWC resigned over some undisclosed issues with the company's past and present involvement of Gotshalk with the company.
Finally, with the serious delinquent filings this stock can be delisted, suspended or revoked any day. The current CEO has made several promises to get the filings made but in the past has said they have had problems with paying the auditors as agreed, accountants misplacing documents, all the way to the audit being completed and ready to file. The next thing that happens all of the sudden after 2 years of delinquency the auditors resigned. Now with the steady decline in PPS it seems to be clear. This stock will see new lows this week.
Just my opinion here. I'm sure you can find people that disagree. But I let the facts speak for themselves. I know that their are some serious investors considering this stock but are waiting for the delinquent filings and to see just what the real truth is.
