I would not be too sure that it is a bluff. If the company was highly confident of a half-way decent buyout or partnership, they might not even fool with vote. I am dropping fair value down to at least 10 cents. I have no interest in trying to salvage value from a bankruptcy either. Best case scenario looks to be reverse split (50/50 chance) and somehow surviving until interim whenever that is.
