Sorry, I just saw this. Unfortunately "pennypicks" engaged in the business of marketing SHOM for monetary compensation. I've just seen three of their disclosures but each one said they were compensated $40k cash on different occasions for investor relations advertising and marketing for SHOM.
Perhaps they'll try to pump SHOM again at some point, and those who want out can escape.
