#12705 RE: Jazz5 #12703

those eight figure bids are known as 'prop bids', and are meant to stimulate the buying. its the inverse of the ask block thats used to set up a loading wall to induce selling. but...

where the 'ask block' works well in a long play as an accumulators ploy, it does not need big volume to do its thing, the 'bid boost', as i like to call it, is most effective for volume dumping when used short term. unfortunately its generally done with a rickety old ladder that either disappears or collapses outright within a few days or less, and is usually followed by a precipitous drop in the pps. todays bid prop/booster went as high as .0012 -- yesterday he was as high as .0013/.0014 -- but somehow this closed at .0007 x .0008. ::sigh::

seems like someone with a weighty position wants out. that, however, does not necessarily mean this is dead (or dying.) nor does it signify a coming run. as yet there's no absolute clarity to the direction, so its possible for this could go either way. personally, i'm simply not convinced of either happenstance. but there is one certainty to note, and that is that there are (or have been) shares available. todays smorgasbord included an all you could eat buffet.

best of trading to ALL
