Sethius: Yes, I believe could sell them privately to someone else and then they contact the transfer agent to change the name. You might want to read the cert to see if it prohibits that, I doubt it does though. Normally you sign it over to someone else on the back of the cert.
This is very thinly traded as there is no interest in the company at the moment given its current condition. Selling any significant volume at market price would quickly crash the PPS.
