If there is no formal agreement between CCTC and WNEC yet could it be dependent upon the results from the new round of tests they haven't started yet?

Last I heard, we get $1 per ton licensing fee. Plus half of the $1.50/ton royalty fees going forward. That was negotiated on all WY based contacts.

I believe we get $1/ton licensing fees and 30% of negotiated contracts outside Wyoming lines.
