finally move? ummm. it moved to 14 bucks a few years ago when the hype of finding oil pumped it up, but we know where that went after the bad news came. down the drain to dollarville. you guys may buy and sell a few times, but the longs that were here years ago are waiting for the motherload. its not gonna happen.
