Shorts were clever here man. I see why the 4320 is still in effect here. The shorts knew COWN ws going to sale and they shorted very aggressive (DLNY, MAXM). Now that COWN has sold most if not all shares, watch the cover begin. They cannot keep "4320ing" TMPS without the SEC stepping in. Shorts played "dirty" but very smart here. I definitely learned a lesson but I am looking forward to the recovery as I have added a nice amount in the low .20s.
