"The trials have all been underwhelming. Investment firms hire qualified research scientists with years and years of experience ..."

Yes and some trials have also been underwhelming in Fargo but hey....could it be possible that the FDA now knows all eyes are upon them and must update protocols to avoid such underwhelming Fargo type trials.....

As for investment firms hiring those with years and years of experience ....we should not forget they also hire single moms that are Presidents of Pharma Associations....with no financial side experience at all...but can flip arms faster than PS flips but both come out of it all negative

PS Targeting..... I wonder which BP is ready to break from the pack

Corp, GJH and I have been exchanging ideas for years.

We're way beyond whatever you're bringing up.

I know we're all frustrated, and you're right. Avid is our lifeline right now.
I AGREE WITH YOU.

I'm just fascinated by all the recent Big Pharma machinations revealing how desperate they are to get into the I/O game. BMY is a huge takeover target precisely because of Opdivo.

Why are so many of the Big Pharmas rabid for I/O? Let me venture a guess with you: hmmm, how 'bout $$$$$$$ gargantuan bucks.

Pfizer wants BMY. Gild wants BMY. JNJ wants BMY. If GILD can't get BMY, they want AZN. Why, why, why.

PS blockade full validation will come with the NCCN PS blockade + Keytruda Head and Neck trial.

But Big Pharma may strike at any time, knowing what it needs for max profits.

So take the "other side." I'll stick with Wolchok and his search to expand the responder footprint to the very anti-PD1s that made his name.

Best,

Joe Six
