I haven't bought a 'stop sign' ticker in ages but for old times sake I grabbed some. I have followed this for a long time now, IMO this deal looks like something Steve Bailey might have set up and he's generally shareholder friendly and JAQC/RAFA had a huge run at one time, so it's worth a gamble IMO.
