Fred - I am just little curious, why you feel that you need , talk down Pro 140 ( and worried to much about our finances ) and try to elevate Ibalizumab.

I personally am very happy for patients that Ibalizumab is around.
The only medicine for CCR5 negative patients with HAART resistance.
Your medicine is dealing with VERY sick ( mostly ) patients , imo , we really not a competition with your IV treatment.

No doctor will take a very sick patients , stop all medicine and give them Pro 140.
This is not what I am saying , but I think you know that ...

One more thing , even if there will be no resistance , but bad side effects of some HAART , as I know physicians , many will stop this part of HAART and add Pro 140 SC , and not IV Ibalizumab at this point . ( for CCR5 positive patients of course )

This is why we don't have ODD , and you do .

We expect to have more than 200,000 patients to treat according to FDA .
