I'm not in this anymore, but this stock always seems to keep my interest. I'm not getting back in either, because I've had enough. With that said, Magnus IP has disappeared from key court dates and active cases on the website. Possibly 2 settlements? I don't think Magnus is as big as munitech, so who knows how big they'll be. There were 4 Munitech licenses in the past and the market shrugged.

EMI - nice to have some company out here - thanks for responding.

Not sure what to think at this point. I'm hanging in here b/c talks with Doug suggested that better times lie ahead for *existing* shareholders. Unlike many out here, I do believe Doug continues to work hard to yet make this work. But, without a window as to how that happens, it becomes an exercise in faith - not a particularly good investment strategy. Unfortunately, I am way over-invested here - I either cash in what little value remains in my shares, or hope for the best.

The major potential catalyst I see short-term is getting alternative financing to Fortress. If that could be arranged, pps would shoot up significantly. But I see no signs that something like that is imminent. And of course, if not, then the reverse merger would be followed on by huge dilution - likely, at least near-term, followed by a relatively quick re-descent into pps hell.

We still have the GE portfolio and that's potentially worth 9 figures. If Doug can find a way to monetize that, we likely stand better than we do now even in the above scenario. The tug for me is that the far likelier scenario is that things get worse before they get better - thus suggesting that I should lighten my 'core shares' and buy back in later. But should something unexpected happen near-term, selling assures me that I never get my $ back in those shares. Which would be devastating.

Which brings me back to my original statement - just impossible to know what to think because there is no news to work with. So I think I just have to trust in Doug to get us out of here.

Let's keep in touch. I also see you on twitter. Message me if you want to exchange emails.

PS - very good to hear from you, HiSpeed. Thanks for sharing your info. I know you sold your shares, but your continued contributions are valued and appreciated. I hope you'll stick around.

PPS - the chart folks will abandon us quickly if we break $0.33. But we have a near-term descending wedge which could also explode to the upside at any moment as we near that level. At least a little excitement while we wait.
