I disagree...TRTC is now a Marijuana stock and should shed the layer of skin called Edible Gardens. DP knows how to do a spin off and restructure the share count and hopefully throw a bone to the common share holders.

Why is EG history: The majority of the VV family have left the BOD and the sentence in the last pr about looking for farms in NJ is a big hint IMHO

Plus EG was established to keep revenue going till Cannabis became Legal and now it is in NEvada and California.......

When do they do it? not sure as they need roughly 15 million .......to finish Nevada and California......

Should be fun to watch how the VV family re acquire EG !!!!

The new names for the BOD will be interesting as well.........
