I have thought all along that Tempus was a sub-contractor to a prime.

I worked in aerospace (Parker Bertea) for 25 years and we were subs to many DoD primes, like Lockheed, Martin Murrieta, Grumman Northrop etc... BTW, we were also prime on many contracts too.

This probably is the reason people can't find a direct link for DoD contracts to Tempus.
