keep in mind that billionaires also make money by selling off companies piece by piece while destroying it with a wrecking ball in doing so. When a woman looks sexy from a far isn't always sexy when you find out she's actually a tranny as you get closer to her. this is either going to move or something terrible is about to transpire that is going to bankrupt the company here and as this is an OTC many traders have no idea what is even going on in the first place as this back and forth on this board is nuts. sinister is the word for what could be potentially happening here behind closed doors.
Now with that said and out of the way, $3.5M eval doesn't make any sense. I believe they are building something much bigger and selling off shares to create more capital for the company and/or selling for any number of reasons for the companies future and best interest. Hopefully .20s is the lowest it will go because based off what I'm seeing once the selling stops this is going to be one massive uphill run.
