Everybody needs to stop and think about this just for one minute and they will all agree. We live in a digital instant world. If they had updated the patent the status would have almost immediately changed. It would not still reflect expired. As much as I don't want to believe that it is expired, it is. If it wasn't it would have updated and it would show current. Seriously think about it.
