Nearly all companies that are self-transfer are very large companies. The SEC is okay with that. It is not really okay with OTC companies that attempt to go self-transfer. It creates way too many opportunities for fraud.

Several notorious penny scams attempted it, or at least considered it. That did not go well.

I can't imagine anything worse... but hey, maybe McCusker will do it because he wants to go to jail for a long time.

Why do I think jail? Because of the way he screws up everything!

Can't imagine what a cluster .... it would be!

And that would be IF he was trying to do everything legit....

.... which I am not sure would be the case.

McCusker's hand in the cookie jar just isn't a good idea but it could make for an interesting "show".
