It might actually be the IMF, however, the PR is too vauge and too fluff for any price action. No dollar amounts just "we will provide 5,000 scanners" ... did we just give away 5,000 scanners in hopes that they will install some software. I think for now untill we get more details the PR unfortunatly is just fluff
