Unfortunately, Gerald Sklar will probably leave this world a mean and nasty bitter man. He never had a skillset which would allow him to take counsel from anyone. He would scream if you questioned his wisdom. He is not able to change. This will mean he does not have the capacity to ever come back and make things right for the many people he hurt. That is sad because in the end, one's word is all that will remain when one exists this world. I actually feel bad for him and his family and get no joy in berating his fraudulent techniques. So regardless of your desire for him to come back and create value, it would require total honesty and Gerald would rather die than be honest. Good luck in your endeavor of hope.
