I couldn't agree more with your above comment. I can understand military related security and trade secrets related to that end of their business, but I simply can't wrap my arms around such tight lipped behavior with regard to this contract. If it were not for some of the seemingly new people at the helm, personally, I don't think Meaney would have even revealed this news.
