I am sure you recognize that Meaney is getting closer to retirement. With some of the "younger" staff/leaders of the company I would venture to say that a buyout would not happen for several years. My guess is as they grow within the Defense Segment and the Commercial Segment they will grow out of their " Small Business" status and have to get out of the SBIR granting and have to get their contracts in a fuller capacity from their customers.
