Eh, that article is a joke, written by the same guy who said JC Penny was a solid buy in 2013 as a rebound candidate.

The gist of the article is basically DCTH is a good opportunity unless they reverse split at a high rate. That's pretty obvious.

Just a bunch of words in a fruitless attempt to pump the stock in the morning (and it did, as evidenced by the pre-market price action).

I'm waiting for real news, a PR from the company that signals positive trial data. Until then...zzzzz
