Wrong, I hired people to run my 3 facilities, as I had people paying for our services daily. Every business is different. Some need people in the office daily for customers coming in and out, some businesses don't have customers coming in and out, therefore, they don't always need to be there daily, or take walk in customers. I mean look at all the online businesses today. People selling online alone. They have zero people coming to them as they ship from a warehouse. Keep an open mind and maybe you will learn something about different businesses.
