Agree beside Morgan Stanley, other inst. been buying here recently. only buys/stakes or new positions. I think Taking over or maybe a buyout is brewing. drys Liquidation value is over $600m, w/ a powerful balance sheet and per company and analysts a very strong earnings coming ( investments already done). DRYS actually entering a new path and ceo might be wiped out either buy Court ( next week) or by shareholders ( actually he lost control here). The investor claims for Only $2 million in damages (not a serious threat to the company’s liquidity) and the $413 million claim is directed against CEO. Liquidation value represent about $20 PPS ( without future revenues). Meaning is on a conservative PE of only 20, DRYS should be trading over $50.
