Yep... These lying conmen like Pinedo have no problem wasting the time of the Court and anybody else involved. It's always all about them and it's always somebody else's fault. They take responsibility for nothing.

Folks shouldn't believe a word from Pinedo or any of his pals including this "new" CEO Samuel C. Smith. These guys are nothing but a gang of cons out to rip off everybody they do "business" with...

Plaintiff Kimberly Tiemersma voluntarily dismissed the second variant of this lawsuit, with nearly identical claims, on January 29, 2016, before the Court could rule on PennyMac’s pending motion to dismiss. See Kimberly Tiemersma v. PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, Civ. A. No. 3:15-C0376-L (Doc. 12, filed Jan. 29, 2016). A third party to which Tiemersma allegedly conveyed the Property voluntarily dismissed the first variant of this lawsuit, with nearly identical claims, on May 15, 2015—again, before the Court could rule on PennyMac’s pending motion to dismiss. See American Heritage Investment Capital, L.P. v. PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, Civ. A. No. 3:15-CV-1176-L (Doc. 6, filed May 16, 2015). 2 Notably, although the style of the case now includes two named Plaintiffs—Kimberly Tiemersma and now Rafael Pinedo—the text of the Petition, with the exception of the injunctive relief section that has now been added to the otherwise identical voluntarily dismissed petitions, refers only to a singular plaintiff, Kimberly Tiemersma.

Yep, any many RE agents had to deal with squatters. Banks had to take months to get rid of them even after the lenders had to wait 6-12 months.
