BAJ - there was only 1 shareholder whose votes counted and that was GE. He has 100,000 votes per preferred share and ultimately was the sole voter for the reverse splits.

Does a r/s devalue what an acquirer is willing to pay for a company? Drys must be worth more than 26 million dollars.
