ERFB was focused on wireless solutions for the oil and gas business. That industry collapsed and their revenue Felton nearly nothing. There was also a massive dilution to the stock. I wouldn't say it fell for no reason. Form what I understand this is really not a turn around but a broken companies shell that is being used to create a new company.
