the Sosie deal went south, No $$$ for contacts until maybe late 2018 and needed cash to carry forward RD..... mega dilution if this is the case, OS balloons to maybe 200 million OS, stock drops below required NASDAQ listing and RS has to be done......
Please, stop believing old articles and all the threats in the world.......just do some DD and MANY companies like PSTI have done Multiple Reverse Splits.....
go back and read the PR about the Sosie deal last year, Pluristem is even stronger than it was then, so it's not about enough in the bank......
I am just saying Never say Never, Zami and Zaky have put their careers on the line.....if no contact by EOY, they need to be FIRED by the company......
They have always said shareholders come first, well apparently that was a lie.....otherwise why didn't they wait on the bonus......and please spare me with the standard BS about keeping good employees.....may be time they where paid for results...not because they can sing a Stupid Happy song.....LMAO
