thanks for the replies, only one of those filings have the Formerly Known As STEMCELLS INC. The others do not, I cant help but think these shares (if I'm correct) would most definately be impacting pps in a negative way. I'm trying to make sense of it.
I was right about the insider selling off shares, like we really could've seen that coming ...., Now I just wonder what his game is. Such a small float...good financials.... ???
