I think we are in agreement this is a takeover straight out of the Billionaire Handbook. In the short term the pps of TMPS gets lower. But, this happens until the turnaround takes hold. The company has to be profitable to get bigger and better investments from uplisting. Longs need to be patient in this one. Weak hands will get their shares taken cheaply just like this Billionaire took over this company cheaply.

Also dumping would have negative impact on pps as longs will be selling, Johan will be selling and shorts will sell too and pps would drop like rock and no monies to be made by anybody except shorts.
