People, organizations, whatever are interested in a stock and pay negative shills to try and take every opportunity to drive the stock down so they can buy. People who do this for a living are not just concentrating on IPIX. They can do this for many stocks at a time.
Or, they could be trying to profit from a brief drop themselves.
