As I said, there probably weren't that many people holding shares when they bought the shell, and I'm sure they never expected to be discovered until they were ready to announce the r/m. When you buy a used ship, there will be a few barnacles compared to a brand new ship, hence one of the reasons for the discounted price compared to an IPO. I do wonder if part of the strategy is to scrape some of the barnacles off prior to launch, as they didn't count on so many additional barnacles latching on before their big reveal. That could explain the confusion and delays, imo.

Look at the translation of the stock listing conference by MadOnion, it's stickied above. Basically they wanted/needed the capital. It increases company awareness also.

Correct and the current fair valuation is low - if not lower than current pps. Everyone here is in at the ground floor and forward looking to hopeful significantly higher valuation and pps.

IMO we are not supposed to know what we know.
