Excellent find, especially as a 1% gel! I have an elderly aunt who is recovering from a hip fracture. Very common and very debilitating. If T helps, this is a big group in rehab facilities whose expensive stay could be shortened, saving medicare money. THAT (cynicism), should help with approval!

The phase 2 trial for this study "Testosterone Therapy After Hip Fracture in Elderly Women" was completed December 2006.

What made them pick up the torch and start the phase 3 trial almost 11 years later?

Could it be that Testosterone was proven safe?

Did Libigel's full completion of the safety trial August 2016 have anything to do with this?
